CONTRIBUTION GUIDELINES

Fairer NJ is registered with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission as an independent expenditure only Super PAC. 

The principal purpose of Fairer NJ is to make independent expenditures and conduct other independent political activities that serve to promote good policy-making in New Jersey at the state and local levels. To this end, Fairer NJ will independently support candidates and advance issues on the state and local levels to improve policy-making in New Jersey. 

Fairer NJ may accept contributions without limit from individuals, corporations, labor organizations and other political committees.
